  • You are responsible for maintaining your account and password security.

  • You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes.

3️⃣ Payments

  • Genius Code is offered free of charge.

  • For paid programs (e.g., Prime, BPM), fees must be paid in full before course access.

  • All payments are processed securely via our trusted payment partners.

4️⃣ Refunds

  • Learnova offers a 30-day money-back guarantee (no questions asked) for paid programs, if you have attended no more than one (1) class.

  • No refunds are available for paid courses where more than one class has been attended.

  • Refund requests must be submitted to learnovabd@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase.

  • Genius Code is free; no refunds are applicable.

  • Learnova is committed to protecting your privacy.

  • We collect and use your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6️⃣ Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, videos, graphics, and content are the exclusive property of Learnova.

  • You may not reuse, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

  • Learnova is not liable for any outcomes resulting from the application of course content.

  • We are not responsible for any technical disruptions beyond our control.

8️⃣ Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

  • Any disputes will be resolved under Bangladeshi jurisdiction.
